things that makes an important meeting go well

There is this tricky thing about meetings especially when meeting for the first time to discuss a business, that you can never knwo what to expect of the person.the way you will behave, talk, present yourself and even look can make the meeting successful or in contrary - doom the future of the possible cooperation.
in my meeting in Estonia with a client of ours, I did not knwo what to expect, as I was a guest there, so I was prepared for everything: Total look - matching accessories in minimalism style, neat haird-do and appropriate outfit.  (how to dress - will describe in some other post :) as it deserves its own article).
and also emotionally, I was prepared, I gathered as much info i could about the company and people and as well as prepared the topics to discuss and potential answers I could give. it turned out really good, as whole meeting was structured and really productive.

One thing that pleasanlty surprised me was the treat they(clients wife/partner) had prepared for me, and i must say, that really impressed me and made whole meeting take off perfectly.

see it for yourself! isn't it an Ice-Breaker? :) i don't even want to think how much colories it contains, but how you can resist to this kind of sweet?

make yourself proud - subscribe for gym

Sooo, this is what I did - yep! I signed up for a gym! summer is coming and why not atleast try to look better, if you can and even more if you have an adorable flatmate going with you?
it's is always more fun if you go somewhere together, especially taking up loads of courses!
so yesterday I took this Joy Fit-something class. where you basically dance and make some cool dance moves! (move like Jagger) :D the teacher - Bruno, a young, fun guy around 25, is a really good dancer and I guess that was the reason why his calss was soo full with ladies all ages! :)
as that was not enough, i took an Acqua Fit class with a trainer who was all the time screaming, and as he was looking like Patrick Swayze it made it really funny, so i was laughing that we have a dirty dancing course in water till neck!
in conclusion - recommed to everyone to make yourself proud and do something for your helth and shape! :) let's see how it will go - summer will be here in 3 months! :)

p.s. once more I came to conclusion that i am really hyperactive and have waaaaaay too much energy!

Cake pops

flipping through one of the many magazines, you may find in the airplanes, in order to kill some time, sometimes you ay find soemthing really useful, exciting and inspirational. This time I found a Cake Pops - a paradise of cupcakes and truffels and lollies, face cakes and mini muffins on the stick, etc - seriously amazing!
hope they will expand to Milan - can't wait! :)

1st Business trip

Yesss!! that's right! i am having my 1st business trip: Milan-Warsaw-Tallinn-Riga-Milan. 4days-3 countries.
so far, i am in Tallinn. just checked-in in a lovely hotel in old town. the interior, I must say, i just charming- gold flower motive on white and black backgrounds. nice nice. (there will be pictures too) ;)

Poland was really nice and actually surprised me in a very good way. (for example they have a ..wait for it... CHINA town, region, buyers market where there is thousadns of distributors and retailers and loads of them don't even speak Polish! ;o
however, the distributer i was meeting was really nice guy and in the end he even presented me a Vietnameese coffee. ;) how nice is that?
and the hotel I was staying was just, lovely. 4stars and a great attitude. apart from that that i was the youngest one in whole hotel. :D and my colleagues was always addressing my taxis under name Helo Kitty, so i really felt a little bit like a celeb! LOL! no real names, doesnt speak the language, staying alone in 4star hotel - travelling incognito! :D

anyway i start talking nonsense, so it's time for bed and get rest for my meetings tomorrow.

wuuuu huuuu, just bought a ticket for Barcelona! :) can't wait to go there and see and live the city finally!! :) wuuu huuu and there is a beach to hit :) mmm m!
